Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Contact our support team and we'll help you transition smoothly. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers (EFT) for Namibian Dollar payments. After subscribing, you'll receive our banking details and reference number. Once payment is confirmed, your account will be activated.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans have no long-term contract - you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront and remain active for the full year. We don't offer refunds on annual plans, so we recommend starting with monthly if you want flexibility.
